Volunteer

Volunteers can give their time, experience and skills in a variety of different ways! On volunteering for you local shop you have a choice of how many hours you would work, however we urgently need volunteers who can commit from two to four hours per week or month to help run our retail outlets. Our shop teams are made up of people from all backgrounds and from 16 to 75 years of age. The volunteer role is of great importance to the work we do and we offer a wide variety of jobs to make life interesting for the willing volunteer.

As Saturdays are sometimes difficult to staff our shops and if you feel you could offer your services at least one Saturday in four that would be great.

How you can help us:

  • Window display.
  • Stock sorting.
  • Pricing of books.
  • Collecting donated goods.
  • Posting collection sacks.
  • Treasurer/book keeper.
  • Steaming/Quality control.
  • Fundraising.

What we can offer you:
